The integration of Fortis Investments with the existing BNP Paribas Investment Partners Group has led to the creation of a top-tier global asset manager. We now have wider global reach, greater resources and an expanded range of investment solutions.

It is our partnership approach that is key to our unique, multi-specialist platform. We are a global investment solutions provider, combining the best that large companies have to offer with the reactivity, specialisation and entrepreneurial spirit of investment boutiques.

We have three groups of investment expertise:

Multi-expertise investment capabilities: BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM), the largest Partner within our Group, manages the major asset classes with investment teams operating all over the world
Specialist investment Partners: these focus on a particular asset class or field (mainly alternative investments and multi-management) and operate as boutique-like structures
Local and regional solution providers: local asset managers covering a specific geographical region and/or client base.

We are one of the largest asset managers in the world. Among the top five managers in Europe, we also have a substantial presence in Asia. Our teams operate in the major financial centres of Europe, Asia and the Americas, with our partnership model enabling us to adapt to local market conditions. Our local asset managers, some of whom work for joint venture partners, provide us with in-depth knowledge of the markets in which we operate.

We work in close partnership with our clients in order to produce the best possible outcome for them. Whether they are based in one of our core markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg or the Netherlands) or an emerging market like Brazil or India, our investors can expect outstanding local client service from us.
